In response to Tropical Storm Hilary, the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services coordinated with the California Department of Social Services and local governments to ensure impacted Californians had access to shelters and vital resources.
As of August 25, 2023, all shelters in support of Tropical Storm Hilary have closed.
Shelters are opened by local government.
